Pre-Nuptial Agreements in Perth Family and Perth Divorce Law

Binding Financial agreements in Perth Family Law

A binding financial agreement entered into before or during a marriage or before or during a de facto relationship can save time, money and stress in the event the marriage or relationship breaks down.

Pre-marriage or de facto  financial agreements can include;

  1. How any property or financial resources of the parties, either at the time or in the future, are to be dealt with; and
  2. The maintenance of either spouse during the marriage and/or after divorce.

You may benefit from an appointment to assist you in understanding how a property might be divided in Perth Family Law. This may be preferable to going to the expense of a Binding Financial Agreement. You can have an understanding of how assets and liabilities can be shared upon the breakdown of a marriage or relationship.
