The Court will consider the value of property each spouse will receive if the property orders are approved. List the value of real estate, motor vehicles, furniture, furnishings and effects, funds in banks, building societies, credit unions or other financial institutions, interest in any business, investments including shares in public companies, life insurance policies and other property.

List the value of liabilities for which each spouse will be responsible. This includes the home mortgage, other mortgages, total loans from banks, building societies, credit unions or other financial institutions, credit cards, hire purchases and other liabilities.

The gross value of the superannuation each spouse will receive if the Application for Consent Orders are approved by the Court is listed. Describe taxation consequences of orders sought in relation to interests in superannuation.
